We had engaged with David at the planning process of our extension and he has been incredibly helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. We were on a tight budget but we still found a solution together to deliver what we wanted. He was more than happy to deal with our architect and our builder. When it came to the build, the lads arrived when they said they would and the build was finished when it was meant to be finished. We were living on the site and didn't find it difficult at all. David and his team were the nicest and the most professional, we couldn't have asked for more. I have to say dealing with Dave for our build was a pleasure everything from start to finish was top notch and the work him and his team put in was excellent , i also have to say his aftercare is just brilliant if there is any problems at all hes on it straight away nothing is to much trouble which means alot in this trade , i would highly recommend Premier Timber frame

Premier Timber Frame Homes, Dave and his team built a two bed home for us in 2021. They completely finished it on the outside and then sub contractors finished on the inside.  To say that I cannot recommend them highly enough is an understatement.  Dave was brilliant and extremely attentive to what we wanted and very obliging. Extremely helpful, went to Dave at the very beginning of not know where to start when building a home. Took us through us step by step of what was need and couldn’t have been more helpful with videos of what the finish might look like. Got mine off Dave in 2017. Couldn’t recommend him more, still in perfect condition, totally maintenance free externally. Fantastic solution if looking for both additional or stand alone space. Very professional and works well to a timeline
